About Me

Nancy Nelson, RN, MSN

I am a believer in Christ and Nurse Educator who has worked in the nursing field for 36 years. In addition to clinical nursing, I have worked as a nursing professor and facilitated stress reduction workshops and support groups for nursing students. I am also a Certified Mindful Health and WeIlness Coach. I was born and raised in New York City though I currently reside in California. I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Wagner College in 2001. My passion for developing Resilient Women comes from my own personal experience with anxiety, perfectionism, loss, divorce and single parenting. Using my faith in God and a body-mind-spirit approach in dealing with these challenges has allowed me to build the resilience needed to thrive as well as empower other women.

​Hi Ladies! I’m excited to announce my new program, Resilience and Empowerment after Loss Program: A Powerful Fusion of Science and Christianity for Women Experiencing a Divorce or Break-up!

 

This course is designed to build resilience and empowerment in women experiencing a divorce or break-up!

 

I have personally gone through two divorces and a devastating break-up, yet through those life challenges, I have increased my resilience and empowerment and developed a closer and more intimate relationship with God! This relationship has given me more peace, joy, and strength than I could have ever imagined.


There are two ways to complete this program. The first way is to complete the 10-week course. The course includes 10 powerful self-paced video modules, worksheets, and workbook activities. You will also have access to the Facebook Group, “Resilient Women”, where you will be able to interact with other women and have access to weekly inspirational posts. The second way to complete the program is to take the 10-week course and attend weekly group coaching sessions. The group coaching sessions are a combination of support and coaching and also relate to the video module topic of the week.
